This is something that I've honestly been curious about for awhile now: why are so many people using external links to link within the wiki?
To clarify, there are two ways to make a link. One, you copy an entire url and put it brackets followed by the word you want the link attached to. The other method you simply put the name of the article you want in double square brackets and the wiki links it for you.
Using Borky as an example (with curly brackets instead), the first style of linking would look like this {theunexpectables.wikia.com/wiki/Borky_(PC) Borky}, while the second method would look like this {{Borky}}. The latter is cleaner and faster but people seem to overwhelming prefer using the former.
I've seen this on other wikis as well, so I was wondering if this was just down to new users just not knowing or if it's some sort of personal preference with people?
